WHERE WE SHIP

Online orders ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. For other countries, please contact customer service.

SHIPPING METHOD

We offer standard shipping only; expedited shipping is not available. Orders ship from Plainfield, Indiana (wood bats ship from Norwalk, Connecticut). Lead times for custom and made-to-order items are shown on the product page.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders of $100 or more ship free to the contiguous United States. The $100 is your cart subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or Mexico, regardless of order total. Shipping rates for all other orders are shown at checkout.

CANADA & MEXICO

Taxes, duties, and shipping are added at checkout. Due to international customs regulations, we cannot ship orders over $1,000 USD to Mexico; to place a larger order, please contact customer service.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Mis-shipment, shortage, and defect claims are still accepted, and orders shipped to Mexico can be cancelled within 5 business days of delivery, as Mexican law provides. See our Return Policy for details.
